Q: Are the taxes included in the price? A: Taxes are included in all admission rates.
Q: What are the hours? A: During the regular season (June 23 to August 13) we are open from 10 AM to 7 PM every day. For preseason and end of season hours, please look under hours of operation. Hours may change based on weather conditions and forecast so please call prior to coming to the park if the weather seems uncertain. Q: Do you require swim diapers? A: Yes, any child under 3 must wear a swim diaper. Q: Do you accept credit cards? Debit cards? A: Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express as well as Interac. They are accepted at the admission gate, boutiques and main restaurant. We also have an ATM inside the park. Q: If I leave the park during my visit, can I reenter later? A: Yes, Your hand will be stamped at the door. We may also ask for proof of entry at any time so please keep your receipt once you enter the park. Used ticket stubs will not allow you to reenter if you do not have a hand stamp. Q: Do you offer group discounts? A: Yes. Please call 72 hours in advance to book your day. Leaving a message on the answering machine or sending us an e-mail to tell us you will be there later that same day or the next day does not constitute a reservation. Calling for prices and not booking a day is not a reservation either. Please be sure to bring your reservation number with you. For group rates, you must have 20 people or more. Your bill for the day must be settled before your group enters the park. For more information, please e-mail us or call (450) 473-1013. Q: I have small children. Do you provide life vests? A: Yes, for a very nominal charge plus deposit. Just go to the rental kiosk located in the Central Plaza, near the information office. Q: What are the height requirements for the slides? A: Consult our park map in PDF format for all the required heights.
Q: Are there weight restrictions for the water slides? A: Some rides may have certain weight restrictions based in effect for safety reasons.
Q: Can I bring food or drink into the park? A: Yes. You may bring in outside food. You MAY NOT bring any glass containers, alcoholic beverages or barbecues. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages WILL be confiscated at the main gate. NO barbecues will be allowed entry in the park. This is for the safety of all guests. Q: Do I still have to pay to enter the park, even if I am just planning on watching someone and not swimming? A: Yes. Our park allows access to all rides and requires no wristbands or anything of that nature. So everyone entering the park, regardless of desire to swim or not must pay the admission price. Q: Can we use the paging system in the park to page friends or family? A: No. The paging system is reserved only for important messages to all patrons and to announce school group and day camp departures. Q: Do you have lockers? A: Yes. We have 2 options for lockers. One costing 2$. Note that these lockers can only be locked once. If you require access to your stuff, you will need to PAY to RE-LOCK that locker. We also offer bigger lockers with a key for 7$ a day (plus a 10$ deposit) that you can open and close as many times as you wish. Charges apply in case of lost keys. Q: How much is parking? A: Parking is free.
Q: Do I have to wear a swimsuit? A: Yes. Jean shorts and any type of SHIRTS are forbidden in any and all attractions. This is for safety reasons. No exceptions are granted. Since this is a family park, we would ask you to please keep your style of dress to something suitable for a family park. You may wear a small skirt or shorts over your bathing suit if you wish. Q: What if it rains while I’m in the park? A: The entrance to the park has a very large sign that states that if the park is closed due to “bad” weather, NO refunds will be offered. If it is only light rain and the temperature is warm, operations will most likely remain the same. Should there be thunder, lightning or heavy rain forecasted, we might have to stop activities for the duration of the storm or close the park early should the weather conditions and forecast call for more rain / storms for the rest of the day. This is for safety reasons as we cannot operate the facilities under these conditions. The best thing is to check the local weather forecast prior to visiting us. Rainy days can be quite pleasant as there are usually less people which means you get the park to yourself (if you don’t mind getting wet) but the hours may change if the weather gets worse or if patrons and staff start transforming into popsicles due to cold temperatures.
Q: What if it rains in the morning? Will you open? A: Decision to open or close the park for the day is made very early in the morning. The decision is based on the current weather conditions as well as the forecast for the rest of the day, Once the decision to close is made, we cannot reopen the park later on during the day even if the weather finally clears up, Call us at 450-473-1013 before leaving your home if the weather seems uncertain.
Q: What about changing facilities? A: We have changing rooms, outdoor showers and bathroom facilities. Q: Do you offer food and other services? A: Yes. We have a onsite restaurant offering a full menu of traditional fun time foods as well as two ice cream parlors and a Beaver Tails stand. We also have a boutique offering a wide variety of products, from sunscreen to disposable cameras and swimsuits. We also have a fully stocked Bar located near the beach and a temporary tattoo stall in the Central Plaza.
Q: Can I bring my dog, cat, iguana, pet spider? A: As much as we love the little critters, pets are NOT allowed in the park (with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired individuals.). Please note that any pet left unattended in a car in the parking lot will result in animal control being called on the premises. A car under the scorching heat of the Summer sun is not a place for animals (or people!), so please leave your pets at home.
Q: Do you have baby sitting services? A: We do not offer baby sitting services at this time.
Q: Are there any lodging facilities in the area? A: Click this link for a list of some hotels, camping grounds and inns located nearby.
.Q: My child came with his school/day camp and I wish to pick him up earlier. Can I? A: Please make arrangements with the person in charge of your child’s group to avoid any confusion. We cannot give the authorization ourselves as we are not familiar with all individual procedures of our groups.
Q: My child missed the bus and his school/day camp is going to your park. Can I drop him/her off? A: Please notify the school/day camp to let them know your child will be late or call us to let us know so we can tell the person in charge of the group that they will have an extra child to account for when they leave at the end of the day.
Q: Can I bring my chair? Inflatable toys? Soccer ball? A: You may bring as much as you can carry if you wish! You may bring a few extra fold out chairs, mats or parasols if you wish. Just remember you have to drag it all back at the end of the day and you might be tired from all the fun you had in the slides! As far as inflatable mats/toys, you may bring them but you cannot use them in the water for safety reasons. So if it’s to sleep on, go ahead! If it’s to float away on the lake, then keep them home. You wouldn’t want to wake up on the other side of the lake with a bad sunburn now would you?
Soccer balls, footballs, volleyballs are allowed in certain areas. Just don’t use them in the middle of a crowded area where you could injure someone and give them a souvenir that is not so fun. Getting hit in the head with a ball is not everyone’s idea of a fun time, especially if they were just trying to relax on the beach.
.Q: Can my child wear swim aids and other floatation devices? A: Only safety floatation jackets are allowed in certain areas. Swim aids, tubes, pool noodles etc are not permitted because while they are fine for using at home or to learn how to swim, they are not safe enough to use in a big park setting. Your safety has always been our number one priority and all our rules and regulations were put in place to make sure everyone can have fun in a safe environment.
